All applications are manually verified. You must be an educator at a legally operating school or district. Applications from non-school entities, tutoring businesses, or individuals not affiliated with a school will not be approved. Please allow 1–3 business days for review.

🔒 Student Data & FERPA Compliance

Outstanda Fundamentals is designed with student privacy as a priority. We collect only what is necessary: student first name, last name, grade level, and birth year. We do not sell or share student data with third parties for advertising purposes.

60-day data policy: If a pilot account is not converted to an active subscription within 60 days, student names are permanently removed from our system. Anonymized academic progress data (grade level and skill scores with no personally identifiable information) may be retained for internal product improvement. This approach is consistent with FERPA guidelines for educational technology providers.
